1. How to order ceramic picture?

   Select the size you need from our website and offers. We suggest you measure the surface of where you intend install the picture, so you will know what size pictures will fit. 

   Note: all sizes are in CM (1in=2.54cm) You can send us your desired dimensions in the inches, we will convert it and recommend ceramics.

    Choose the layout. Decide whether you want a horizontal or vertical design.

    Then choice either an oval, heart or rectangle shape.

    Make sure you have completed "check-out" to pay for your order.

    2.If you are unsure of the quality of photos, or do not know how to scan a photo,best if you forward us your photo to our address by post.

2. Can you make ceramic picture from any photos?

   The picture should be an original photographic quality paper, not a photocopy or a printed picture from a newspaper or magazine etc.

   We can make changes:

   Background may be altered on photo-porcelain image.

   Objects or people may be removed or added to photo-porcelain images.

   Alterations or retouching photographs can be done such as enlarged or improved images through digital retouching after the photo paper has been scanned.

   Background scenes may be deleted, images from different photos may be superimposed onto one image, clothing styles may be altered and virtually any image can be modified.

   There is no need to cut or fold your original photograph, but make sure we have clear instructions.

   We can remove the background and replace it with a new colored one, complimenting the subject.

   We can reverse people (mirror image), create a missing arm, etc.

   Montages can be created with text and images provided by the family.

   Full border is recommended (the image’s background extends to the edge of the portrait without a border or trim).

   Oval and rectangular monument portraits are available in vertical or horizontal format.

5. Can you erase the background on my picture?

   Yes, and we would replace it with white, gray, black, or sky blue.

6. Can you make the picture fit my selected size?

   Yes, but please remember the smaller the picture and we enlarge it, it will not be as clear.

7. Direction of ceramic picture?

   We do horizontal direction and  vertically,just let us know !!!

8. What is the delivery time for me to receive my picture?

   The production of the memorial picture will take 3-4 weeks( no exceptions) - from the time the order with the picture has been received and accepted !!!!!-by customers!!!

9. How do the pictures hold up outside?

   When installed correctly the ceramic picture will be held for years; and still be the same color.

10. Installation ?

    Installation for ceramic pictures is typically very simple.Your ceramic picture should be installed on a smooth, polished surface for proper bonding to take place. It is important that the temperature where you're working be more than 60 degrees and that there be no water in the air on area where you are installing the picture. You should make sure you have the following available as you work: rubbing alcohol, a roll of paper towels, a ruler, a pencil, measuring tape, white caulk and, of course, the picture. Use the alcohol and paper towel to clean the area where you intend to place the picture, and you're about ready to begin. Before you dive right into the installation, however, be sure to hold the picture in the place you intend to install it. Examine it closely to make sure you like the location. Moving the picture once it has been installed can be very difficult, maybe even impossible.

    Use these steps to install your ceramic picture.

    Use a measuring tape and pencil to mark the center point of the spot where you intend to install the picture.

    Measure the width and height of the picture.

    Divide the width and height into two.

    From the center point you marked use the divided width and height dimensions to mark the exact dimensions of the spot where the picture will be installed.

    Place the picture in the spot you have marked to be sure your markings are exact.

    NOTE: We do not supply adhesive tape or glue with a picture!!!

    Stick tape on the back side of the picture (3M Adhesive Strips )

    You can use also 3M Fast Drying Liquid Super Glue .

    Note: use ONLY one !!! (tape or glue ,not both ! )

    Line the picture up with your markings, and firmly press it to the surface. Hold it very firmly for about 2 minutes, and your picture will be installed.

    Run a small beat of sealant (Wal Mart or Home Depot) around the picture to keep the moisture out and make it look better. Please Note: This is a permanent bond.

    

11. Is there any guarantee on the memorial pictures?

    Yes, our guarantee is if they should arrive broken, or  with any defect at all, we will replace them for free at no additional cost to you. Customer has 2 days from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product and  you must notify us within 24 hours , sending an e-mail to ceramicpicture@yahoo.com 

    Guaranteed for life against fading and deterioration from weather.

    All ceramic pictures orders are shipped with USPS- Priority Mail,

     and all ceramic pictures are shipped in USA just for $7.50 /1pcs.
